Pain of love

Newsroom: The Weather

Have you ever had heart problems?

“Stitches” is a country pop song about a love crisis and suffering. In the song the singer seems to be the victim of a difficult love situation: his ex-girlfriend is breaking his heart.
Shawn Mendes wrote this song thinking about the people that were living the same situation. He collaborated with Glen Scott, Martin Terefe and Scott Harris. He needed stitches for his broken heart, but who doesn’t need them?

Our newsroom, “TheWeather”, has chosen this song because it is a situation that everyone sooner or later will face.
This song is about a situation that young people very often feel. He speaks of a love affair gone wrong and how the singer feels.
Listening to this song we understand the singer’s feeling and emotion and we can easily remember the way we have felt when we passed through that kid of period.
